Yes. I use it to play Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn with no problems. However, please keep in mind button configurations in your game or emulator settings. I had to do some remapping to fix some initial weirdness (Triangle was Square and vise versa, etc) but a quick button remap fixed it.

Very good and very inexpensive, highly recommend.
