Is antenna(s) and antenna cable included with this adapter?

No and no.  I bought this for an Intel NUC which has built in antenna.  In the end, the wireless throughput was too low with my setup and I hard-wired the network using powerline ethernet adapters.  They work great.

Question 2

I have a Satellite U945-S4130 with the Intel Centrino wireless N-2200. Is this card an upgrade to what I have now and is it compatible?

The 2230 adds Bluetooth and MIMO (multiple connections for higher speed) support to the simpler 2200.  Otherwise they seem identical, and the 2230 should be quite compatible.  The MIMO support uses a third antenna, which almost certainly isn't in your Toshiba, so that upgrade might not work.  I think the Bluetooth, might though.
I replaced a bad wifi card in a 4 year-old Asus with this card, and love it.
If you need a replacement card, I'd get it.  If you're looking to enhance an otherwise ok laptop, it may or may not add Bluetooth. If that experiment is worth it to you, give it a try.
Be sure you know how to get at the original card first, too.  Some cases are scary complicated to open, and easy to break in the process.  Just sayin.

Compatible  with Pavilion g7?

I bought this for a Lenovo laptop. Specs are right but it displays a message saying its not compatible. If you have a Lenovo, be careful, they have their systems set to only use Lenovo Branded cards. Could be the same model number but unless it says Lenovo, it won't work.

Should this device work with my eMachines Model 945GCT-M3 computer running Windows Vista Home Premium with Intel Pentium Processor D CPU GHz?

No, at least not according to the first couple spec sheets I found - it looks like you need a PCIe x1 card. The Gigabyte GC-WB300 seems to be the most popular one with both WiFi and Bluetooth, though you could also go with any PCIe x1 WiFi-only card (there are hundreds out there) and a Bluetooth dongle to accomplish the same thing. It's probably worth mentioning that many reviews for the Gigabyte card suggest that it's a hassle to install.
