Does this component include antennas, and if not what antennas are compatible?

No. It connects to the antenna's wired into your laptop. The connections are mini-coax SMT connectors. Both wires and antenna's are available online but you may be hard pressed to find one that will provide adequate signal (not to mentioned a place for it) in your laptop. For desktop applications, adapters and converters are also readily available.

Is this P/N 652165-001 for HP MP6 Player PC?

I'm not 100% sure but this worked in my HP DV6-6c53nr. I had checked the HP manual for compatible models and this was the only dual band N card that their BIOS doesn't block. If you didn't have dual band before, you may also want to look at antennas. Mine won't read 5Ghz with the old ones and I'm considering getting the Tyco brand internal antenna that is well reviewed for this exact situation.
