There are two models available for this SSD on Newegg - SSDPEDMW012T4R5 and SSDPEDMW012T401. I have been scouring the world the find out the exact difference between these and I can't. The price difference is small, both are PCIe, the specs vary a little, but probably because they are incomplete. Can anybody shed any light on this ? Thx...

SSDPEDMW012T401: Intel® SSD 750 Series (1.2TB, 1/2 Height PCIe 3.0 x4, 20nm, MLC) Generic Single Pack (Retired and Discontinued)

The T401 is the single package and the T4R5 is a 5 pack that newegg splits and sells as singles. Otherwise, they are exactly the same, so buy the cheaper one.
