What key type is this?

It is an M key. It only has the one slot. A M+B sata has two slots. The there are two types of keys: M.2 (M) & M.2 (B+M). Some motherboards have both type slots and some have one M slot and 1 B+M slot. Make sure that your board has the M slot to use this drive, although you can use this M key drive in a B+M slot but it will revert to standard SATA speeds.
