The specifications on NewEgg say "Mini PCI Express".
The picture is of an M.2 board.
The Intel ARK database indicates the part number as M.2.

Mini-PCIe is not compatible with M.2...  Which form factor is this card?

Im very sorry Im not intimately familiar with these specs.  I have a Dell Precision M4800 and the item I purchased from Newegg fit my machine.  It originally looked like it would not fit, but it actually fit and works fine.  It is an M.2 Form factor.

Need the whips that will fit this card, the one that i got does not fit ?

The whip connections at the end of the power wire/antennae are VERY SMALL.  Not the standard "older Dell" style with bigger bayonet connections.  They are the same type and geometry, just scaled down to a much smaller size to fit this card.  I trust this helps.

Does this take a MHF3 plug right angle to RP-SMA female 0.81mm Pigtail RF cable IPX Antenna or a MHF4 plug right angle to RP-SMA female 0.81mm Pigtail RF cable IPX Antenna?  I need to put antennas to this.   Thanks in advancee

It uses female MHF4 right angle IPEX U.FL connectors. The card itself comes with no antenna. Give this product a look if you are looking to convert to RP-SMA. I got it for my Dell Inspiron so I can tell you directly if it would work or not.  What I would recommend would be to see what kind wireless card is currently installed and then seeing if the two have the same kind of connector
