Pros: Intel added SATA controller and 64 bit processor, and no fan on the CPU. Cheapest Mini-ITX for the speed you can get.
Cons: Even though there is no fan on the CPU, there is no way you can run this board 100% passively with the stock heatsinks (even when the board is not in a case at all). You have to have a casefan. What's worse than the CPU is the Northbridge chip, it's heasink gets too hot to touch in seconds. I could not install an OS open-board witout a some kind of fan (reset would occur).
Overall Review: Overall, I'm happy. I had to add a 40mm fan to the system, which was good enough to keep everything in acceptable temperature range. The Ubuntu forum folks have got a pretty good Linux video driver compiled for it now. Windows XP Pro runs well and pretty zippy. I didn't try it, but the on-board video probably isn't good enough to run Vista with aero glass on.
