Is this cpu cooler size compatible with corsair dominator platinum memory?

I am using this cpu cooler on a Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H mobo. The fan sits entirely behind the memory. There is no clearance/overhang issue. I would feel confident in choosing memory with a tall heat spreader.

I AM PLANNING A BUILD WITH A ASUS MAXIMUS VI IMPACT LGA, DOES THIS CPU COOLER INTERFERE WITH THE DOTTER BOARD? THIS WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE THEMIS COOLER DURING THE LIVE BUILD WITH THIS BOARD ON YOUR TWITCH BROADCAST, I DO NOT WANT TO RUN INTO THE SAME ISSUE DURING MY BUILD. IF THIS ONE DOES NOT WORK PLEASE RECOMMEND A CPU COOLER TO US
