Yes. It comes with a stock cooler but it is a very basic one. You may want to consider investing in a third party cooler for better overall efficiency and noise to cooling ratio. You can get an order of magnitudes better cooling solution for just under $50.

Will this work with the ASUS H110M-A motherboard with the Intel H110 chipset?

Possibly through a bios update. Check with the manufacturer bios updates and update release notes. This chip would be best supported by a 270 series motherboard due that chipset being designed around Kaby Lake. Do some searching and looking around if on a budget. They are producing H270 series mother boards now. I don't overclock but I did buy a board that does extensively support it for 135, I did this for reasons of extra tuning options aside from OC stuff that I don't care for.

Regular stock heatsink. It would be best just to buy a cheap aftermarket cooler like a 212 evo. Not necessary really but it does help in thermals  a little bit and it just looks better

Both the 170 and 270 will support WIN 7 depending on BIOS and M.2 SDD, during Boot WIN 7 ISO image needed to be on thumb drive with latest BIOS installed same way first from clean thumb drive! It will speed boot up!

Incredibly easy.

The only difficulty you can run into is if you have a weird fan that requires a special installation because it hangs real low.

Is Windows 10 ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED to run this processor? I'm upgrading from a Core i3 6100 and I'm currently running Windows 7.. My preferences are strongly held onto that specific Operating System. So I just want to know if I can avoid upgrading to a different OS. I have a discreet Graphics Card so the Integrated Graphics are to no use to me.

I don't think it's required, thank goodness. I upgraded my sister's PC from a AMD 6-core FX-6300 CPU to this Kaby Lake CPU and was planning to do a full reinstall, but it actually booted up, though it took a while to install all the drivers and one or two reboots. Then I installed the chipset drivers along with others and now still working for about 8 months. When installing the chipset driver, Win7 locked up, but after a reboot they installed normally after a second attempt. I would say give it a shot, but uninstall any video card/LAN drivers beforehand. Once you're up and running, be sure to look up GitHub's bypass for windows updates on Kaby/Ryzen based computers, so you can continue to receive updates.
