Well, I'm not sure how to answer that question.  I'm using FreeBSD to operate this card, but I'm not where I look at the card.  I should be in my office tomorrow.

One thing I don't like is the fan is noisy.

This is a server card for connecting to 10 Gb switches.  You could use this to connect to the internet but unless you have 10 Google fiber connections coming in it won't be any better than a 1 Gb gaming Ethernet card.

Can I link aggravation for theoretically twice the bandwidth speed?

Link aggregation is complicated, and assuming you'll get twice the bandwidth is potentially a bad assumption.  A single data stream will only be as fast as a single link in an aggregated link.  Example, I bond 2x 10gpbs links as you suggest.  I have another computer with a 100gbps card in it, and move data between the two.  In this setup you'll only ever see 10gbps of bandwidth used.  If you were to add a 3rd machine with a 10gbps and move data from the machine with the bonded link you'll see a total of 20gbps (max) traffic moved as the streams are independent.  There isn't a way (that isn't proprietary to the card and potentially the switch manufacturer) to make N number of links look and act like an N*bandwidth single interface for a single stream of data

Yes there is a driver set for server 2003. I have no idea if there are restricted features is sever 2003 but, if all you want is the bandwidth you will be fine.

Yes. It is a dual 10 Gbps NIC. Do be sure your motherboard can handle the load however.

Yes, that is not an issue (at least for *nix-not sure about Winblows drivers). Provided you have a 10 Gbe switch capable of Link aggregation.

Yes and yes. I am using three of these cards (one in a server and one in each of two NASes) with the three devices connected in a triangle, with different subnets on each side of the triangle. All connects run at 10Gbps. You can team the ports on a card (or, I suppose, across cards) if your OS and its drivers support it. Link aggregation of some sort can be done.
