Do you get 1000mbps (theoretically) on each connection or is it divided across the four ports?

I am using this with a Raid 5 set up and we have an office of 10 people sharing Revit Architecture files currently I am using 2 of the 4 ports on our switch which allows for a total band width of 2000mb. I have been able to pull 800mbs on 2 computers simaltaniusly access

Does this support some form of link aggregation, and if it does which protocol?

According to the Intel product brief it does support link aggregation. IEEE 802.3ad (link aggregation control protocol)

Does this have a yottamark on it?

I do't recall a yottamark when I purchased the adapter. The server it is installed in is remote from my location so I am unable to verify.

Will this work with Windows 10 Pro?

I don't see why not. You're better off emailing Intel this exact question, though.
