According to the specifications under "Network Managment", YES. I installed on a Intel Server MOBO with Network Stack (enable). ON NIC OPTION/Configuration WOL is available for onboard NIC only, not for the Quad ports. It is designed for teaming and load balance. So, how many ports you need for WOL if you already have it on board?

Says it will work with WIndows Vista. Is it RHEL compatible?
