Can I install Win 7 enterprise on this? Are there appropriate drivers? ---mainly interested in this for an audio application.

This version comes with Windows 10 Home Edition installed

A better source may be to navigate over to Intel and see what the specs say there, I asked NewEgg a question once and never got a response

Most of the NUC series are bare bones, that may be a better choice if you already have the OS; at my work new pc's are being set up with these and W7 pro

What type of cable is needed to add a 2.5 HDD to connect to the motherboard?

The HDD power and data cables are not included in the SKU I received from newegg, however on the Intel NUC website there is an online form to request them.

Intel shows the NUC5YPGH with:
1) Intel® Pentium® processor N3700 (2.40 GHz, Quad Core, 6W TDP) 
2) One DDR3L SO-DIMM socket (up to 8 GB,1333/1600 MHz), 1.35V prepopulated with 2 GB DDR3L-1600 MHz
3)One SATA3 port for connection to 2.5" HDD or SSD (up to 9.5 mm thickness)

Newegg are you incorrectly listing these specifications for this product?

The specifications you articulate above are correct. The NUC5PGYH includes the N3700 processor, a singled stick of SO-DIMM 2GB DDR3L memory and one SATA3 header.

Question 4

The intel documentation for this unit states that it is capable of being upgraded to 8gb of memory.  The Newegg description for this device says that the memory is "Soldered down Single-channel DDR3L 1.35V, 1333 MHz, 2GB."  How do I upgrade to 8gb of memory?

The included 2GB of memory is a single SO-DIMM stick in a standard SO-DIMM socket (it is not soldered down). To upgrade, you would need to removed the included stick of memory and replace it with your own DDR3L (1.35V) SO-DIMM.
