Question 1

My question is the spec for this card's PCI Express is "2.1"  I have a motherboard that is PCI Express "2.0".  Will this still be usable or not?  I want to do Link Aggregation in Windows 10 once the figure out the Teaming problems!

Hi Craig - Yes. The PCI 2.1 card will work in a PCI 2.0 slot. 
I had the same question before buying, but after I found a website that indicated backwards compatibly, I took a chance and the card works fine. 
I have not tested with Windows, I'm running Linux and VMware, but the HW part works fine which is the most critical. My motherboard is an ASUS M5A99X EVO R2.0

Does it come with both standard and low profile brackets ?

Yes.  It comes with standard bracket installed, but includes the low-profile bracket.

What is the difference between this and the other I350-T2 for sale on newegg? Both are being sold by Newegg, this one has a newer newegg inventory number, is this the I350-T2V2 but just not labeled right?
