Does this unit come with windows 10 pre-installed?

Yep. Mine immediately needed an update, though. And Windows wanted to back up the existing OS first, which was too big for the built-in drive. I'd installed a large HDD in the extra bay and was able to back up to that. Or you could run the gauntlet without backing up the original OS. ... Mine's about 3 months old now, so it's possible the newer version of Windows 10 is already on this one.

Can I install another hard drive myself?

Yes, it has a slot for a standard laptop drive, so any 9.5 mm height 2.5 inch laptop drive will work. Just open the cover, the drive will slide right in. Cables are already installed, and you don't have to connect anything, just make sure it slides in and gets seated with the connectors. You could also use an external USB drive.

Does this come with a  keyboard and mouse?

No, it comes without a keyboard or mouse. But there is an app called Intel Remote Keyboard to compensate for that. And you can add your own USB or wireless keyboard/mouse.

Can I upgrade this to Windows 10 Pro??

Until they but a bigger root drive in this PC, you will struggle to install any Windows update. I had to buy a second internal drive and migrate my Windows installation to that drive. Now my speedy solid-state drive that came built in is useless. I suppose I could format it to remove the original Windows install and use it as extra space... IMO, the size of the original hard drive is a fatal flaw against recommending this NUC to anyone.

Who is the maker of the ddr3 memory that comes in it? Looking at adding more memory .

Probably, with an adapter for the one HDMI. But I would think you're asking for frustration. It is NOT a powerful PC and best for simple tasks. I've had mine 6 months. Loved it at first, but after spending weeks trying to update Win10 on the undersized and out-of-room 32G hard drive, to no avail and with no help from Intel, I am no longer recommending it as a "buy" for anyone.

I was looking into this for a crypto miner and minecraft server for about 3 people.  Is the CPU able to support this?

As a client, I do not know.  Because it is just a Pentium with meager Ram and internal storage, I would not think of using it for any amount of gaming.

It comes with Windows 10 installed, although if you really want Windows 7 Premium you can reformat the hard drive and do a fresh install of Win7 Premium.
