does this card come with a half-height adapter for low profile pci-e slots in modern servers?

The ones I ordered will not fit in a half-height slot, and do not come with an alternative bracket. The picture shown on newegg doesn't match the card I received - the PCB extends to nearly the full height of the bracket.
