The Intermatic Weather Proof Receptacle Cover complies with the National Electric Code (NEC) Article 406.8(b). All covers meet UL and CSA cold impact testing at -60F. The plastic covers are molded of clear UV stabilized polycarbonate for long life in high abuse outdoor installations. They can be mounted on single or two-gang junction boxes mounted either vertically or horizontally. They are shipped with gasket, mounting screws, base and cover assembly and two inserts.
