Is this download version of Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020 a subscription?

Hello, there are a couple of clues to help identify On Line vs Install. The On Line Versions according to the QB Website show "Simple" / "Essential" / "Plus" as a monthly fee. The Desktop is an Installation license for One Computer. And the title is Desktop. This is listed on Newegg as Pro, Desktop and 1 user. On Line is not usually listed as an Installation and is not restricted to 1 computer..yes 1 user but it can be accessed by any computer with a User ID and Password. I agree , it's confusing. Hope this is helpful.
