Are we able to use this for two EINs?  How much does it cost to add new employees.

You can use it for multiple company files, but each company can only have one EIN. I use it for several clients regularly.

The only con is a rather irritating $1 (+sales tax) per employee monthly charge on my credit card.

Word to the wise: don't *ever* order any QB directly from Intuit. This enhanced payroll, for example, is at least $350 if you buy it straight from them.

I had access to payroll this year but don't any more will the payroll data that is in my 2012 QuickBooks be uploaded into the 2014 enhanced payroll product?

I believe you are asking if your older payroll data will still be available if you install the 2014 enhanced payroll. If that is your question - Yes you will upload this current payroll program and it will allow you to process payroll in 2014. All of your older payroll information will be available to you.

I have used QB payroll for many years and renew the subscription every year and still have all the info available to me from the first year I used it.

I have had to upgrade my entire Quickbooks program every so often, as they stop supporting older versions - When that happens I buy a combo package
