we are a small construction company but may add users later on.  Can I add user at anytime for an additional cost?

Yes, just buy another license. I think it can go up to 5 licenses, and it's pretty easy to add them.  Keep in mind Inuit only supports for 2 years so if you purchase 2014 you won't be able to buy any new licenses once 2016 license comes out, which will really tick you off if your version works fine.   Try never to get another license from Intuit directly it's always more expensive just buy another retail version from the same year you currently have.

I have windows 8, and office 2013, is this compatible?

Yep.  I have Windows 8.1 (a free upgrade from windows 8) and it works fine.  I encountered some problems at first, but just make sure you run it as administrator and you shouldn't have any issues.

Does Intuit Quickbooks Premier Industry Edition 2014 come with a disc, or is this product a download?

Is there an upgrade for quickbooks premier 2006 to the current version? If so how can I get the upgrade CD as I do not use an internet connection?

Last time I checked QuickBooks did not sell upgrades at all.  You have to buy the full version every time you want to move to a new version.

How many computers can I install this software on at the same time? How much does it cost to add additional license?

1 license per computer so if you have let's say 3 computers you need to buy 3 licenses (or 3 copies )
