Operate it as following steps:
1.First, connect your devices with this splitter cable Turn the signal source on next
2.Then turn the display on and wait till it works properly
3.Finally, turn the second display on and enjoy it.
4.you have to unplug one HDMI from this splitter to get a clear picture on the one you're using, not simply power off one of them
if it doesn't work, switch the slot you plug it into and if that doesn't work, try plugging the second monitor in first, and then the first monitor in second.
Will only send video signals to two screens at the same time if the screens are the exact same size. resolution doesn't matter both TVs can be 1080p but if one is a 43 inch and the other is a 55 in it won't work, they have to be the same size.

This HDMI Splitter Adapter Cable can be used in multiple scenarios, such as offices, conference halls, bedrooms, living rooms, etc. It also can transmits the video & audio signal from one HDMI compatible device (such as, a Blu-ray player, etc.) to one of two visual output devices (such as, HDTV, Monitor, etc.) that are plugged into it.
Note: Our product must be used with two displays of the same brand and model. When the displays are identical in brand and model, our product can duplicate the screen content (note that our product only supports duplication and does not have video extension capabilities).
If the displays are of different brands or models, only one screen will show content. In such cases, if the user wants only one display to work, they must unplug the HDMI cable from the other output port—our product merely eliminates the need for frequent plugging and unplugging when used with displays of different models.

You have to plug it into your PC/Laptop/whatever your outbound is. Then plug 1 screen in and make sure you know how to configure your desktop to mirror the image, then plug in the second screen. P.S. you might hava to try this step twice.
