Will Bluetooth interfere with wireless modem transmissions?

Not likely no. Be more specific though. What kind of wireless modem? 802.11? (I have never had a problem with interference with bluetooth and 802.11 they are on different frequencies) Bluetooth and 802.11 are very common and no intelligent designer would design a modem that is connected via wireless that would interfere with either of these. Unless it was a home brew modem it is highly unlikely.

That's a good question; I don't see why you wouldn't be able too because the adapter can support more than one device at a time but I haven't tried it. A word of warning: I bought this adapter to stream to speakers and it didn't work because the speakers required Bluetooth 4.2 so make sure your's don't require 4.2.

I've used this with Windows 8.1. I've not found many issues with using Windows 8 drivers with 8.1. Newegg should be kind enough to let you exchange it if it doesn't work for you.

I have only used this for my older wireless laptop to connect to the internet. It works great for that and also for BT on my IPhone, so Im assuming it should work with BT headsets.

Not completely sure check the setting when it is connected. Make sure nothing is turned off.
