Will this work with Windows 10?

yes.  it took me a while but this is what I did.

installed win10 guest on linux host.  
10 then using the HOT KEY keyboard i switch off the box to another cpu on a different port and back.
2. i also used the buttons on the unit its self.

TAKE CARE THAT THE VGA CABLE IS THE OLD SCHOOL TYPE SO IF YOUR ONLY DISPLAY INLET IS HDMI OR SOMETHING ELSE I DONT KNOW I ALSO DID NOT TRY THE SHARABLE USB PORT, I DONT FREQUENTLY USE IT.  I BOUGHT THIS MODEL AFTER USING ANOTHER MODEL FROM IOGEAR WHICH BROKE AFTER 10 YEARS OF HEAVY USE.

VGA only?

Yes, VGA only. The switch is solid, but using DVI adapters, combined with different drivers on different machines results in having to reset the screen resolution  when swapping between machines.

Question 3

Will this KVM switch support a wireless mouse and keyboard.  Many other types do not...???

I have never tried this but I don't see why it wouldn't if the wireless transceivers are plugged into the IoGear unit.  However, the IoGear has a separate USB connection for the keyboard and mouse so you'd probably need separate transceivers. The IoGear needs to see a constant connection to the actual keyboard and mouse and I would think the transceivers would provide that.

Question 4

Can I assume that if you plug this KVM into your home network switch, you'll be able to access your networked printers?
Can I also assume that all the video, keyboard and mouse connections are contained in the single VGA cable that's plugged into the KVM? (I hate to assume anything, so I just wanted to nail these things down.)

KVM .. Stands for Keyboard - Video - Mouse ... Does not connect to network switch. Purpose is to connect 4 computers to a single keyboard, monitor and mouse. Saves hardware and space. If the computers are networked they retain whatever configuration you have set up. 
It comes with 4 proprietary cables that have VGA connectors audio in and out, and a single USB at each end. The cable between the ends does look like a regular VGA cable.
The Unit works well and can be switched by hot key strokes from the keyboard or the switches on the unit itself.

Can someone recommend a wireless mouse that is KNOW to work with this KVM?  The Logitech M310 does not.
