Will the IOGEAR GCS1934 4-port KVM work with a MST hub to allow 3 or more monitors? (instead of daisy chained monitors)  Has anyone actually tried this?

I can't say whether your first language is English or that you can comprehend, but the product description indicates that has MST capability. Therefore, it would unnecessary to attempt what you suggests and, moreover,  IO Gear even discourages an attempt to connect another MST type device. In other words, this particular product wasn't designed to support such a practice.
