You can toggle between the two computers by pressing and releasing the left or right Scroll Lock key twice: [Scroll Lock]+[Scroll Lock].

Can I use this switch with a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse?

Since most wireless devices use USB connections, I don't think they would work with this KIM switch.   This particular KIM expects the keyboard and mouse to have the older PS/2 connectors.

Can I use this as JUST a monitor switcher without connecting keyboards and mice ?

I am not 100% clear on your question:

This can work to run two different systems/computers on the same monitor and you do not need to connect keyboards and mice.  However, if you are not planning to utilize the cable/mouse hook-ups I would suggest looking into other KVM switches that do not have the cables built in - that was you minimize the crowding/clutter caused by additional cables you do not need.

I have a laptop on a docking station with monitor, mouse/keyboard and speakers.  Want to be able to swith to my desktop using the same monitor, mouse/keyboard and speakers?

assuming you have the same connections, yes. most laptop docking stations im familiar with have USB keyboard/mice, not PS/2. you may need a different model.

I need to do this with dual monitors,should I buy 2 or look for something that already has 2 monitor ports?

This will not work with two monitors.  It's made to get rid of a monitor so you can work on two PCs with one monitor.
