Does the Keymander m/k Adapter work only with specific games or any game? ex. skyrim, Mincraft, Elderscrolls Online

I believe it should work for any game, I have played quite a few games and it worked fine for them all. Just make sure you have a good mouse with a high DPI rating otherwise aiming will take forever.

Can you use an Xbox one controller with the ps4 with this?

Not sure. My son used mine to try the same thing with an xbox 360 controller on my ps4 but it didnt work. I dont usually use xbox consoles so I may not be correct.
