As part of the CONNECT PRO line of products, this CONNECT PRO BaseStation for Apple iPad from iPORT works with a CONNECT PRO iPad case (required and not included) to securely mount and recharge the tablet. The case magnetically connects to the BaseStation, which plugs directly into the wall. Once connected, the BaseStation supplies 5V/3A of wireless charging power through the case. iPads can be mounted in either portrait or landscape orientation at a comfortable 45° angle for using apps and streaming video. Ideally suited for public placement, the BaseStation and your iPad case can be secured in place to prevent tampering or theft. This allows iPads to be safely utilized at a variety of locations, such as trade shows, kiosks, and retail point-of-sale.

Secure Mounting

Everything you need to secure the BaseStation is included. Simply use the security tool to separate the mount from the weighted base. Use the mounting hardware to screw the base into a table or other hard surface and reconnect the mount with the security tool. The security tool can also be used to lock a connected case into place.

Multiple Power Options

Included with this BaseStation is a DC power supply and various plug adapters to supply a connected case with up to 5V/3A of power. The BaseStation also supports PoE+ power using an optional Connect PoE+ switch or injector.
