Are the front ports USB 3 or USB 2?

Can the handles be removed?

Yes. There are four screws that hold each bracket that mounts to a rack and after you remove the brackets there are four screws that hold each handles on. Keep in mind that the handles cover the end of the top and bottom bezel so the edges may be sharp once the handles are removed. I like the case - it's pretty solid.

What form factor is the right one for power supply selection on this case? Can I use a redundant power supply for a server build?

It uses a standard ATX power supply and I don't think it has space for a second.
