How loud compared to an ATX power supply is this?

1U power supplies are louder than a larger standard ATX power supply due to the size of the fans.  Since this is 80 plus power supply the fans do turn down more than most.  This unit is not extreamly loud, but it depends where your installing it.  If your installing it in a server room it won't matter much.  If your installing this in your office or somewhere near other people you might want not to go 1U you might want to do 2U servers instead.
