Because they have set a wrong "YEAR". According to most of our feedback, many customers forget it's now 2025 Year and they have set it to 2024. After that, the day of week will automatically calculate by mistake.
Does it use battery to work? What will it happen if it lose power.
No, it doesn't need AAA batteries. It MUST plug in to work with adapter(included.) Because LED lights need much power to work. If you use battery, it needs to replace very often. However, there's a CR2032 battery inside for setting memory.
