- USB 2.0 low-speed devices (such as Mouse, Keyboard, USB 2.0 flash drive, USB 2.0 of HUB, etc) can only work with one side of the ultra-high-rate extension cable's interface. If USB 2.0 devices do not work as you expected, please flip the Type-C connector over and connect again.
- Video transmissions can degrade or fail if you want to connect a long cable carrying video signal (HDMI, DP, and more).
- Please locate a USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 port on your device that supports video output since not all USB-C ports are able to carry a video signal.
