Product content appears to show an FM antenna.  Does the player include FM radio?

Yes, the BD100 comes with a fm radio antenna but I don't use it because I don't like the radio. The sound is crisp and deep. You can customize the sound to each speaker

does this accept 220 volts?

On the back of the unit where it receives AC power, it indicates:  AC INPUT,  100V - 240V  and then some other information.  However, the plug supplied is strictly a 110v - 120v plug.  Sorry I do not have the manual handy.

Yes, the JBL system connects to the TV using wires, typically an HDMI cable, or RCA plugs; however an HDMI cable is better since the TV may offer a return path through the HDMI. Note, most cables are NOT included: HDMI, RCA etc., though the power line and remote batteries are. The WiFi can be plugged directly in, or better yet, a Hot Spot can turn on the BluRay.. that is IF YOU HAVE ONE. Additionally a LONG cable, say 15 or 30 feet can feed the TV across the room or house, while your computer/pad/portable device can operate anywhere, say in another part of the house. There is a techique where no HDMI or RCA cable is needed, and several methods are available, though this is much more costly, and one get's the best signals with a straight patch (wires).  On the Ipod or other portable device, there is good news, the JBL Bluray receiver opts for WiFi AND Bluetooth; typically Bluetooth is better for Ipods and portable devices, mainly movies, songs and photos; the ipod or portable device can directly play the data into the JBL Bluray receiver, which in turn feeds the TV or speakers; thus movies/photos on the TV, and songs out of the JBL speakers.. not to mention surround sound. WiFi/Bluetooth on JBLs is why I bought it, if you look around very few Blurays/DVDs offer Bluetooth, in addition to WiFi. So I'd say you're set with the JBL BD100 Bluray receiver and speakers.. whatever price you get it for, 150$, 179$, 250$ or so out of the $400 retail, it's a real winner, not to mention the JBL sound.. one of the best around. When I found this at Newegg, I realized my network problems were over, now I've got a TV, Bluray receiver and speakers, computers, NAS's, WiFi range extenders, modems and more.. tied together with the JBL Bluray receiver and speaker system.. You can't beat it.. Also if you do get a refurbished one, it is actually BRAND NEW.. out of the box it was FLAWLESS.. so thank Newegg for doing this.. it's unbelievable.. the JBL BD100 Bluray receiver and speakers....

2. Can we connect this to LED TV ? with out playing any disc on the player.

1 For me, it is brand new.
2. You question is can this home theater be speakers of TV, right? For me, I can connect this with my LG TV using optical audio cable. I tried using HDMI audio return channel. I tried it but it doesn't work. so I chose the optical audio cable to connect each other. 
Also you can stream the youtube video from this player to TV by using HDMI. I hope it helps you.

Does this play 3d movies?

Although I have not used it to do so, it does have 3D-Movie playing capabilities. You need to have a 3D tv, so don't expect it to play 3D on non-3D HD TV's.

Is there a headphone jack?

Can the signal to the speakers be switched on and off with the remote control for private listening through headphones?

Regarding the DLNA Connectivity:     Can the unit stream video via DLNA?  The description here doesn't say, and the manufacturer site has nothing on it.

Not sure if I'm understanding this right. But if your refering to if this device will play audio from other sources plugged into your TV, then yes. Our tv had issues with doing it from only the HDMI cable, but if i used the HDMI cable plus an Optical cable the audio worked fine on all other devices.
