So I got this speaker and noticed that one speaker is spitting out sound at the normal level but the other woofer barely makes any vibrations and very very low sound is produced. Is it supposed to be that way?

i'm not encountering that issue with my JBL Loft 20 center channel speaker. It could be one of a couple issues. Either a bad driver or a connection issue inside the cabinet. You might need to contact JBL about a replacement driver. I had an issue like this with one of my Polk Audio speakers and Polk sent me a replacement no questions asked. I hope this helps.
