When powered by batteries, the display automatically enters energy-saving mode after about 10 seconds to extend battery life.
When connected via USB power (5V2A), the screen remains on continuously.

Do I need to reset the time after a power outage?
No. With three AAA batteries installed, the clock will retain the time and date automatically, even when the power goes out.

No. It has an auto-dimming mode (L AU) that adjusts brightness according to the room’s lighting, and it operates completely silently, so it won’t disturb your sleep.
Why are all days of the week shown?
This feature helps with easy reading — the current day is highlighted in a different color, while others remain white, so you can tell the day quickly and clearly.
