No RGB, the Jonsbo logo lights up but it is static white led.

Question to UMX4 owners, how does the quality and functionality compare to say Phanteks evolv ATX, etc?

I don't know the Phanteks evolv ATX case specifically. I bought the Jonsbo case to replace my old Lian Li case. The Jonsbo is really great design and quality. The only issue may be that the placement of the PCU is a little strange and it can be a little cramped for larger graphics cards. I would definitely recommend this case to anyone.

Can this tower accommodate radiators for liquid cooling?

Yes, this case can take 120x240 on the bottom or 120x240 on top but if you put it on top, there is a height restriction.

Can you position the case horizontally?

Probably not a good idea. Tempered glass on the bottom with screw nobs sticking out would be very unstable and probably scratch the floor surface.
