How does the JOSTART air ionizer work?
As is well known, based on the principle of charge neutralization, negative ions can rapidly adsorb and coagulate airborne pollutant particles, causing them to become heavier and settle to the ground, thereby achieving highly efficient purification.
Where can I use it?
We recommend installing at least one in locations such as the living room, bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and office.
How noisy is JOSTART Negative Ion Air Purifier when working?
There is a slight sound when it is working, the sound is <20dB, almost inaudible without being close to the device. It is much smaller than the sound made by the fan. In addition, customers love its discreet blue night light.
How should I perform maintenance?(We recommend cleaning every 3 months)
Remove the device and place it upside down. Gently wipe the dust from the two small holes using a dry cotton swab. Then wipe the device surface and the area around the power socket with a dry or slightly damp cloth. (Do not wash with water.)
Why is black powder appearing around the equipment?
These are pollutants captured by negative ions from the air, primarily including smoke, kitchen grease, dust, and other particles. The carbon-based particles among them—especially those originating from soot and cooking fumes—appear black.
