Why isn't the switch on my Oclip Ultra working properly?
The switch of this device uses a Hall effect switch. When there is a strong magnetic field object nearby, the switch may be disturbed by the magnetic field. The product can resume normal use after leaving the strong magnetic field object 4CM away.
Why is the UV light on my Oclip Ultra not as bright as before?
When the battery is full (the indicator light is green or orange. the UV light is 800mW, when the battery is low (the indicator light is red). the UV light is 300mW.
Why isn't my Oclip Ultra bright enough?
Press and hold the side button for about 1 second to switch to a higher brightness level.
