Why cannot professional black filter UV flashlight be used for focusing?

Professional UV365nm spectral output requires black lens filter with UV special technology.It must ensure that the light (that can pass through the black lens ) is 365mm wavelength to prevent interference light.
Optical convex lens design cannot filter interfering purple light. The focusing function must use theoptical convex lens, but the convex lens have not a condenser cup, and the UV intensity cannot be fully exerted.
