Why it only works when plugged in but not when plug is removed -- Remove the insulating film in the flashlight
It is because of the insulating film which is to prevent lighting in transit, just take off the tail cover then it would fall off,then the flashlight would work normally.
Why it can't hold a charge - Part 1
1.Make sure the insulating film in the flashlight is removed.
2.Make sure it is connected to the USB C interface( for charging), not USB A interface(For discharging).
Why it can't hold a charge - Part 2
3.Make sure the battery is installed correctly, the positive(+) is towards to the head,the nagetive(-) is towards to tail.
4. Tail cover and USB cable, socket all are screwed tightly or connect well.
