Among them are: 
(x4) 2 and 3/8ths inch long legs, 
(x8) 1 and 1/16th inch long medium legs, 
(x4) 7/8ths of an inch "footies" (so noted as they have foam cushions on the bottoms.

Assuming you stack all four feet evenly, it would rise as high as 5 and 9/16th an inches.

Adding to that the height of the actual top, it would total approximately 6 and 7/16th inches.

If you're wondering about the clearance underneath the fully height-ed stand, the clearance would be approximately 5 and 9/16th inches.

Actually, yes, you can. You have to pop the covers off the four corners and then the next stand will plug right into it. Works perfectly. Not difficult at all.
