Does anyone know if this product can work with a PDF of a powerpoint presentation?

It is possible, but you might have to finagle it to generate page up and down commands instead of left and right cursor.

I I want two people to be able to control the computer can I plug two units into the computer and both be able to control it??

Yes, however, Windows will only display one pointer on the screen at a time despite any number of additional mice/pointers that may be connected to the PC.  So two of these would simply allow a user to have more points of control over only one cursor.  That is to say that with more than one of these, multiple users would be fighting over control of the same cursor/pointer.

will this work with mac book and presentation software like powerpoint, keynote, easy worship etc,  also is there a return and refund policy if it does not work as described?. Thanks

MacBook, I don't know, but it is programmable.  I did use it with PowerPoint.  It works.  I also used it with Easy Worship, but it required programming, which is available on their website.  I forget the details as it was six months ago.  Return and refund would be a dealer issue.
