Will this work with USB 3?

USB ports are by requirement backwards compatable with any usb devices with a lower number. That is to say; this 2.0 device wil work on 3.0 ports, but 3.0 devices may not work with 2.0 ports Side note: On a number of computers the drivers take a little bit to load up (as long as a few minutes), so just be patient the first time you use it.

Does it work on Plasma TV?

It works quite well. The green laser is impressive

Will this device work with Prezi? How about Keynote?

Although I do not use either of those programs there should be no problem. I've had no issues with this product.
