Question 1

I am curious, what does the "w/TS" in the title of this product stand for?
I am planing to use this memory in an ASUS SABERTOOTH 990FX R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX + SB950 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS .

The only thing in the specs that I can find for "TS" is Thermal Sensor. That said, this ram is probably not compatible with the ASUS Sabertooth 990FXR2.0. The ASUS website says that the memory required is non-ECC, this memory is ECC.

Question 2

Will this memory work in a DELL PRECISION T1650?

My experience with this memory is it works on a Intel Xeon E3-1240 V2 just fine.  The processor has the memory controller, not the motherboard.  If your T1650 has this processor, or the V3 Haswell processor, it should work fine.

Are there DIMMs compatible with Server : HP DL320e gen8, Prozessor: Intel E3-1220 v3?

This looks like it meets the specifications for that server model.  (though I have not tried it myself)

Is this compatible with a MacPro 5,1 model?

It may work... there's nothing obvious that would immediately preclude it from working.   However Macs can be picky about the memory they use.  I would only purchase memory that is claimed by the manufacturer to support the model of Mac you are using.
