This is a four module kit, can it be split on a Dual Processor Mainboard providing ea Processor with 32GB?

I am using them on a Dual Processors board (Asus Z10PED8 WS)
Works fine!

The system kind of sum them up (showing 64GB in total). I am not sure if there is a way to allocate exactly 32GB for each CPU.

CPUs: Intel Xeon E5-2695 v3

Note: my system is a beast for video processing, but very slow boot up (~7mins with all the softwares) and feel like normal computer if you just install window 7. It's not any faster. Maybe it's great for server but for sure it's "slow" if you run windows 7,8,10 (tested)

Question 2

is this compatible with Supermicro X10DAX? I am getting freezes in a new build, did I overlook something?

The specs for this Kingston memory (as you probably know already) match the requirements of SuperMicro X10DAX, so no problem there. Freeze problems can be the result of many things other than memory, and a defect in any one of the memory chips can also be the culprit. I don't know of any way to either assign blame to memory or to rule it out. If the SuperMicro MB provides a diagnostic code (in LEDs or beep codes), that is what I would start with.
