I have already installed RAM:

Kingston 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM ECC Registered DDR3 1333 Server Memory Model KVR1333D3D4R9S/8GHB

- can I use it together with THIS RAM?

Unfortunately, you cannot. The ram you have is Registered (a.k.a. Buffered) . Buffered and Unbuffered models (like this item) cannot be mixed.

IF they were both buffered (or unbuffered), the 1600 mhz would be slowed to 1333 mhz to keep the computer stable. Meaning you would be better off purchasing matching 1333 RAM and saving money.

What's the difference between the 8I and the 8?

8I is Intel compatibility tested according to Kingston's data sheets.
