No. The code is for Uplay only.

However regardless of if you get the steam or Uplay versions you connect to the same servers and will have to make a Uplay account, the steam version just means you launch through steam

If you are in the market for a headseat and siege you wont find a better deal.

Is Mic quality Good,Decent, Or Bad?

This headset from my personal experience is amazing. Mic sounds great with volume control and same with 7.1 audio. I can wear the headset for a very long time with no problem on comfort. Really enjoy the headset.
