Unfortunately, it did not come with cables. I invested in this item to replace hard drive in my laptop.

Does Kingston include Acronis to copy the hard drive image to the SSD?

Not with this drive. They include it with their kits. There is free cloning software that do basic cloning. Partition to partition only no tweaking. I used AOMEI.

Is this drive fully compatible with my HP Probook 440 g1?  Will i need to purchase the SATA cableas well?

If the teardown videos (you can Google them) are correct, then yes this is compatible, and no you will not require additional cables.
