Purchased this to connect my Seagate Constellation ES 3 2TB Hard Drive. Doesn't seem to be working. Do I need a special driver or something?

3.5 inch drives require power to them for this to work,the usb power is not enough to start up the drive,this item work best with laptop hard drives because they require very little power to start up the drive.If you look threw newegg you will find one that has a power plug for 3.5 inch drives that's the one you need.
