Is the Additional Accessories Included Flat beater, dough hook, 6-wire whip, pouring shield ???

My beater came with the three attachments but not a clear shield. The beater works fantastic and mixing is now effortless.

I don't think so. It doesn't say anything about that in the original online posting, and it came in a standard box (most refurbs come in a plain box and are clearly labelled as a refurb). It WAS odd that this black mixer came in a box that said it was a Red one. And the trim ring around the housing where the beater goes had come loose. Just tapped it back into place. There was also an orange zip tie on the plug end which had to be removed before operation. Everything else was normal.
