Why does the product look different from some reviews?
Our images and A+ content show the latest version. Some videos and customer reviews feature an earlier model. The current version keeps the same metal jaws but includes an upgraded handle and a rechargeable voltage tester for better performance.
What charger should I use?
We recommend using a phone charger with a clearly labeled 5V / 2A output for stable charging. Power sources without clear output specs, such as some computer USB ports, may provide unstable or insufficient power and are not recommended.
Is this tool insulated for live electrical work?
The handle uses insulated material for safer handling, but it should not be used on energized circuits. The built-in voltage tester is for basic checks only, not a replacement for a professional multimeter. Always disconnect power before working.
What wire sizes can this 14-in-1 wire stripper handle?
It cuts and strips 8–20 AWG (0.5–3.5 mm²) wires and cuts larger cables 20–4/0 AWG (4–120 mm²). Fixed stripping holes fit 16, 14, 12 AWG (1.5, 2.5, 4.0 mm²). If you have any issues, you can through for fast and reliable support.
What’s included in the package, and why isn’t a charging cable included?
Each set includes one 14-in-1 wire stripper with voltage tester and a professional user manual. To reduce unnecessary electronic waste, a charging cable is not included, as most households already have USB-C cables suitable for charging.
